What this is

An index, not a marketplace

SocialAtoZ is an independent index of business and AI software. Every product is written down on the same fields, in the same order, whether it is the market leader in its category or the tenth name on the list — so two options can be read against each other instead of against their own marketing.

Nothing here is a paid placement. Vendors cannot buy a position, and a listing appears because the record is complete enough to be compared, not because someone asked for it.

Recorded for every listing

  • Starting pricefrom the vendor's own pricing page
  • Plansname, price and what changes between them
  • Free trialoffered or not, no maybes
  • Deploymentcloud, desktop, mobile, on-premise
  • Best forthe company sizes it is built for
  • Features & integrationsnamed, not adjectives

How a comparison reads

Every category is a table, not a list

Same fields, same order, every time — here it is for AI Image Generation Software.

Product Starting price Free trial Deployment
Flux.1 Kontext $0.04 Available Cloud Based
Reve AI Free Available Cloud Based
Remaker AI $19.99 Available Cloud Based

How to use it

Three steps from a category to a shortlist

The index is built to be read in one direction. Start wide, cut on the fields that rule tools out, and only then look closely at what is left.

  1. Step 01

    Find the category

651 stocked categories, each one a table of every product in it. Search by name if you already have a shortlist, or browse if you do not.

    Browse all categories
  2. Step 02

    Cut on the shared fields

Price, free trial and deployment sit in the same three columns for every product. Most shortlists lose half their names on those three alone, before anybody reads a feature list.

    See what is recorded
  3. Step 03

Put the last two side by side

A comparison page sets the two remaining records against each other field by field, including the ones where neither vendor says anything — which is usually the answer.

Why trust it

Why these numbers are worth comparing

Three rules decide what gets written down. They are the reason a price here can be checked against the vendor's site and still match.

  • One record shape

Price, plans, deployment, trial and audience come from one place in the code, so a listing and a comparison table can never disagree about the same product.

  • Prices from the pricing page

Plan figures are taken from each vendor's own pricing page. A number that only appears in marketing copy on a homepage is not recorded.

  • Ranked on completeness

Category listings sort on how complete a record is, so the tools you can actually compare on every field come first.
