What is Servetel?
Servetel was an Indian cloud telephony provider based in Gurugram offering virtual numbers, toll-free numbers, IVR, voice broadcasting, call recording, and CRM integrations with Zoho, Salesforce, Freshdesk, and HubSpot. As of this research, Servetel has rebranded to Acefone, and its website servetel.in now redirects entirely to acefone.com, with a legacy Servetel login retained only for existing customers alongside Acefone's India and UK portals.
Acefone's current Contact Center Studio plans start at Rs 1,599 per user per month for a Professional tier with a 6-seat minimum, rising to Rs 1,999 per user per month for the Ultra tier, plus a custom Enterprise tier. Both published tiers include unlimited calling within India, one standard DID, and call recording, with toll-free numbers available as an add-on.
