Proclaim is church presentation software from Logos, covering slide design, presentation, sermon recording and streaming, with lyric animations to keep a congregation following along. It reports more than 18,000 churches using it, and its subscription includes unlimited seats on every tier.

Unlimited seats on a single subscription is the pricing decision that distinguishes it, and it removes an argument churches should not have to have. A church running one machine in the booth, another for a confidence monitor, one at a second campus and a laptop at the worship leader's home is a normal configuration, and counting those is administrative overhead nobody wants.

Coming from the Logos family is the substantive difference in what it does. Logos builds Bible study software, so scripture handling here is native rather than an import from a text file, which matters for a church wanting a specific translation on the screen with correct formatting.

Lyric animations address the single most visible failure in worship presentation, which is the congregation waiting for the next slide. Getting the timing right is what makes projection invisible, and invisible is the goal. Nobody has ever left a service remarking on the slides, but a badly timed transition pulls a whole room out of what it was doing.
