ProPresenter

ProPresenter is presentation software for worship services and live events, sold by Renewed Vision alongside ProContent for stock visuals, ProVideoPlayer for multi screen video playback, a digital Scoreboard product and video hardware. Pricing is published per seat, with a campus licence covering twenty seats at a rate discounted for worship customers.

Charging per seat rather than per church is the pricing decision that shapes who this suits, and it reflects how larger churches actually operate. A multi campus organisation runs several presentation machines, often with a separate one for confidence monitors and another for streaming, and each needs a licence. The twenty seat campus tier at roughly double a single seat is a substantial discount for that shape and irrelevant to a church running one computer.

ProVideoPlayer sold separately signals the production level this is built for. Playing video across multiple screens at once is a broadcast concern rather than a slide concern, and a church needing it has a technical team rather than a volunteer.

The free trial with no card removes the obstacle that matters most in this category, since presentation software cannot be assessed except by running an actual service on it, with the songs and media a particular church actually uses.
