What is RudderStack?

RudderStack is a warehouse-native customer data platform, headquartered in San Francisco, that collects events from web, mobile, and server-side sources and streams them to more than 200 destinations in real time. It builds an identity graph and customer 360 profiles directly inside a company's own warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift, and includes a Data Governance toolkit with Tracking Plans and a Data Catalog, plus Transformations for cleaning and masking data in flight.

Pricing is based on monthly event volume rather than tracked users. The Free plan covers 250,000 events per month at no cost. The Growth plan starts at 265 dollars per month for 1 million events, scaling to 25 million or more, with a 15 percent discount for annual billing. New signups get a 30-day Growth trial capped at 25 million events, and Enterprise plans above 25 million events per month require a custom quote.
