What is Mitel?

Mitel is a longtime enterprise communications vendor providing voice, collaboration, and contact center solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and private cloud deployments. Its main platforms include MiVoice Business for enterprise-grade voice and mobility, and OpenScape Voice and OpenScape Business (from its 2023 acquisition of Unify) for carrier-grade and SMB-focused communications. Mitel does not publish self-service pricing; customers get custom quotes through Mitel or its partner network.

Mitel previously sold a cloud UCaaS product, MiCloud Connect, but that business was acquired by RingCentral in 2024 and is no longer sold on Mitel's site.
