Its site says it keeps code tested, trusted and ready to ship around the clock with minimal human oversight, with faster, more reliable delivery powered by intelligent automation and expert-in-the-loop tooling, and it promotes agent-powered CI/CD that keeps pipelines moving using 5x fewer tokens and 30x less compute than a full pipeline run. The platform runs on credits, spent on seats, resources and premium features, with automatic refills.

The CircleCI plan overview lists Docker, Windows, Linux, Arm, macOS and self-hosted runners, resource classes from small through 2 X-large+ depending on plan, network and storage allowances, and concurrency of 30x on Free and 80x on Performance. Customers say pushing to production became less of a big deal, that stability is remarkable compared with earlier CI providers and that developers can choose their tools without spending time on infrastructure, and one team built a system that automatically runs security updates on all servers when engineers merge a pull request.

CircleCI publishes pricing: Free is $0 a month with up to 6,000 build minutes and up to 5 active users, Performance starts at $15 a month and includes 30,000 free credits with more credits at $15 for every 25,000 and extra users at $15 a month, and Scale is billed annually through sales. A startup program offers up to $20,000 in free compute credits for qualifying startups.
