The site says you can tell your AI agent what you need to build and it configures the pipeline, including migrations from another CI tool, with no manual editing of YAML required, and that full MCP and CLI access with built-in Agent Skills lets agents operate your pipeline: triggering builds, digging into failures and confirming fixes from a terminal or IDE.

JetBrains TeamCity runs thousands of concurrent builds across large monorepos and hundreds of microservices without hitting concurrency limits, and cuts build time by up to 40% with parallel execution and smart test distribution. It connects GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Perforce to the same project at the same time and runs on your infrastructure, in the cloud or both. Pipelines can be configured in YAML, Kotlin DSL or a visual editor, test history, failure trends and custom reporting are built in with flaky test detection, and built-in AI analysis reads the log and explains what broke, with a terminal that opens directly on the build agent to debug in the exact environment. Test results are parsed and reported automatically for supported runners including .NET and Java.
