Groove is a Salesforce-native sales engagement platform that helps revenue teams capture activity, automate outreach, and manage the sales journey in one workspace. It syncs email, calendar, and CRM data automatically, uses AI to draft and personalize outreach emails, and runs multi-channel Flows across email, calls, LinkedIn, and direct mail. Real-time buyer signals and pipeline reporting help managers track deal progress without leaving Salesforce.

Clari acquired Groove in August 2023 and folded it into its Revenue Platform as "Groove by Clari." The product keeps the Groove name and features, but its web app now runs on a Clari subdomain. In December 2025 Clari merged with Salesloft, a competing sales engagement tool, giving the combined company two overlapping products with no announced consolidation date.
