Full forms and surveys can be generated from a plain description, complex live calculations and scoring can be created by asking rather than configuring, and raw responses can be turned into readable reports and summaries. Integration reach is wide, with the vendor stating connections to more than 2,000 apps. Pricing is tiered per month with annual options, and the entry tiers carry Paperform branding that higher tiers reduce or remove.
