Around the core sit Electronic Notarization for remote notarised signing, Workflow Builder for automating agreement processes, Web Forms for collecting data before signing, and multi-channel delivery sending agreements over SMS or WhatsApp. Multi-channel delivery is more consequential than it appears in markets and demographics where email is not the primary channel.
