Field Doc starts at two hundred and eighty five dollars a month, with a combined Field Doc and Scope to Estimate tier at five hundred and eighty three dollars.

Job volume is the right pricing unit for this trade specifically. A restoration contractor's staffing varies with the season and with whatever storm has just passed, so a per user price penalises exactly the flexibility the business depends on, while job count tracks the revenue the software supports.

Documentation in restoration is a legal and financial exercise rather than a record keeping one. The contractor is billing an insurer, the insurer will dispute what was necessary, and photographs taken before work began with time and location attached are the evidence that decides whether the claim is paid in full.

Scope to estimate is where the money is actually won or lost. Translating what was documented on site into a priced estimate an adjuster will accept is skilled work, and doing it from photographs and notes captured in a structured form is faster and more defensible than reconstructing it from memory afterwards.
