What is XpressDox?
XpressDox is document automation software used mainly by law firms and corporate legal teams to turn Microsoft Word templates into interactive questionnaires that assemble finished contracts and letters. Template authors work inside an MS Word add-in with a library of more than 300 commands, plus an AI feature called AutoCode that detects variable text and drafts first-pass questions automatically. Templates can run from Word desktop, a browser, Microsoft Teams, or a connected document management system, and documents merge out to Word, PDF or Outlook with optional DocuSign e-signature steps.
XpressDox lists three tiers on its own pricing page: Essential at $59 per user per month, Professional at $79 per user per month, both with a discounted annual rate and volume discounts for 10-plus users, and a custom-quoted Enterprise plan with on-premise deployment and SSO. Professional support is billed separately at $180 an hour. The company is headquartered in South Africa and integrates with iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint and Salesforce, making it best suited to law firms scaling template-based drafting across a team.
