The international breadth is unusual in this category and it is the most concrete differentiator. Practice management is normally built for one country's tax system and sold there, so editions for Australia, Denmark, the German-speaking countries, France, Spain, Sweden, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Norway, Japan and Romania represent real localisation work rather than a translated interface.

Naming revenue operations as a distinct pillar is the second thing worth noting, because it reflects a genuine shift in how accounting firms are run. A practice moving from hourly billing to fixed-fee packages and subscriptions needs proposals, recurring invoicing, payment collection and revenue recognition, which is a different discipline from timesheets and is where firms most often leak money.

Client experience as its own pillar reflects that the portal is what clients actually judge a firm on. Practitioners see workflow and documents; clients see whether uploading a document was easy and whether they could tell what was happening.
