Visibility reports the share of chats where the brand is mentioned at all, which answers whether you are in the conversation. Position shows where the brand sits within AI search results and where the ranking can be improved. Sentiment reports how the AI perceives the brand, what is going well and what needs work.

Sentiment is the measure with no equivalent in traditional search. A blue link was neutral, but an assistant describing your product carries an opinion, and it may be recommending a competitor in the same breath while describing your paid plans as expensive. Knowing that a model consistently characterises your pricing as a drawback is actionable in a way a ranking position never was.
