GetFeedback was previously called GetFeedback Digital; the company sunset a separate product, GetFeedback Direct, on December 31, 2026, and renamed GetFeedback Digital to simply GetFeedback. Pricing runs two tiers: Starter, ideal for individuals and small teams, collecting up to 1,000 responses per month with trigger-based forms and multi-form analysis, at $119/month billed monthly or $99/month billed annually ($1,190/year); and Plus, ideal for teams needing advanced feedback, collecting up to 2,000 responses per month with feedback buttons and embedded forms added, at $299/month billed monthly or $249/month billed annually ($2,990/year).
