Upfront rates are shown before booking with base rate, fuel and tolls all itemised, so a carrier knows exactly what a load pays before committing rather than negotiating or discovering deductions later. Payment is weekly, which is considerably faster than the industry norm and matters more to a small operation's cash position than a marginally higher rate paid in 45 days. Built-in fraud protection addresses a problem that has grown severe across freight marketplaces.

Scheduling is presented as a genuine choice rather than take-it-or-leave-it dispatch, with pick-up times, drop types and routes kept current so carriers can plan around driver home time or run overnight as they prefer. A rewards programme pays an additional 0.01 to 0.04 dollars per mile for safety performance, and discounts are available on fuel and gear, both of which compound across a fleet's annual mileage. The load board is searchable by origin city for a live snapshot of nearby availability, and the vendor describes the mobile app as the industry's number one rated.
