For carriers, the appeal is different from a standard load board. These are shipments other carriers cannot easily take, so competition is narrower and specialised equipment or willingness to handle unusual cargo becomes an advantage rather than a complication. Backhaul capacity can be filled with items that would otherwise never appear on a freight board.
