Aiwyn is a platform for modern accounting firms organised into Aiwyn Payments, Aiwyn Practice, Aiwyn Experience and Aiwyn Tax, positioning itself as the first complete platform for the profession.

Leading with payments rather than workflow is the distinguishing choice and it targets the problem partners care about most. Accounting firms are notoriously slow to collect: work is delivered, an invoice is raised weeks later, and payment arrives weeks after that, so a profitable firm can be persistently short of cash. Turning billing into a growth driver rather than an administrative afterthought is a partner-level argument rather than an operations one.

That ordering also reflects where automation pays back fastest. Time recorded but not billed, and billed but not collected, are both pure losses that require no additional work to recover, whereas workflow improvements have to change how people behave before they show up in the numbers.

Aiwyn Experience provides a unified client portal, which is the surface clients judge the firm on, and Aiwyn Practice covers practice management proper while Aiwyn Tax addresses the compliance work. A PayNow route for clients is published separately from the client login, which is a small sign that the payment path has been designed for the person paying rather than for the firm.
