YouScan is an AI-powered social listening platform for consumer insight and brand reputation, analysing opinions across social media through both text and visual content, with an AI agent called Insights Copilot for querying the data conversationally.

Visual Insights is the capability that separates YouScan from most of this category and the reasoning behind it is straightforward. An enormous share of brand exposure on social platforms happens in images and video where the brand is visible but never typed, so a listening tool reading only text misses the photograph of someone holding the product entirely. Sentiment on several layers is the second emphasis, with the AI reading context, emoji and the rest of the signals that make short-form social text hard to score.
