For businesses, Calendar is bundled into every Google Workspace plan, from Business Starter through Enterprise, adding shared meeting rooms, booking pages, appointment scheduling with Stripe payments, and admin controls. It integrates natively with Gmail, Google Meet, and Drive, and connects to third party tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Outlook through its public API. Because it is free for personal use and already familiar to most users, it remains one of the most widely adopted calendar tools worldwide.
