Zoho Forms

Zoho Forms is the form building product in the Zoho suite, covering data collection, workflow automation and reporting. Its current emphasis is a set of seven AI features managed through a central assistant, Zia, including generating a complete form from a plain language description and converting an existing PDF into a live editable form.

Building a form from a prompt attacks the real barrier in this category, which is not capability but the blank page. Describing a patient intake form for a physiotherapy clinic and receiving a structured draft to adjust is a different task from choosing field types one at a time, and it is the difference between finishing in five minutes and abandoning the job.

PDF conversion is the more quietly valuable of the two. An enormous amount of organisational process still runs on PDF forms that are printed, filled by hand and scanned, and the obstacle to digitising them has always been that somebody must rebuild each one. Converting them automatically removes the reason those forms are still on paper.

Belonging to the Zoho suite is the wider consideration, since responses flowing into Zoho CRM, Desk or Analytics without integration work is worth more than any single feature to an organisation already running those.
