What is Qwilr?
Qwilr builds proposals and quotes as interactive web pages rather than documents, with a drag-and-drop editor, buyer analytics, electronic signatures, QwilrPay for collecting payment and integrations across the common sales stack.
Producing a web page instead of a PDF is the design decision everything follows from and it is more than presentation. A web proposal can hold video, interactive pricing the buyer adjusts themselves, and content that updates after sending, none of which a PDF can do. It also means the seller sees exactly what was viewed rather than only that an attachment was opened.
QwilrPay is the more consequential feature commercially, because taking payment inside the proposal removes the gap between a buyer deciding and a buyer paying. That gap normally involves an invoice, an approval and a payment run, and every step is an opportunity for a decision to cool. Collecting a deposit at the moment of acceptance is worth more than any formatting improvement.
The pricing structure changes shape between tiers, which is worth noticing before comparing. Starter is 35 dollars per user per month, aimed at individuals and small teams, while Growth at 275 dollars per month and Scale at 750 dollars per month are priced per account rather than per user, so the cost stops scaling with team size at the point a team gets large. Integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, QuickBooks, Stripe, Slack and Zapier. API access is available with usage costs applying.
