Luciq provides mobile observability positioned around agentic AI, aimed at teams building and shipping mobile applications where the failure conditions are fundamentally different from server side software.

Mobile is genuinely harder to observe. The code runs on devices the developer does not control, across operating system versions, hardware capabilities and network conditions that cannot be reproduced in a test environment, so when something fails the surrounding context is the whole diagnostic problem.

The published customer results speak to exactly that. Decathlon reduced mean time to resolution by capturing full crash context, Saturn cut QA process time by 85 percent while streamlining bug reporting, and Dabble cut mean time to resolution by 60 percent and protected revenue during peak events. Protecting peak event revenue is the sharpest of those, because a mobile failure during a high traffic moment costs money at precisely the worst time.
