Nanonets automates document processing including invoices and bank reconciliation, and its commercial model is the notable part: pay for what runs, with no platform fees and no seat licences. New accounts start with fifty dollars in credit and no card, then a hundred dollars a month with per operation charges from two cents for simple blocks.

Charging per operation rather than per seat is the right shape for this kind of work. Document extraction is consumed by systems rather than people, so the number of employees who could log in is irrelevant while the number of documents processed is exactly what varies.

It also removes the objection that stops many of these purchases. A finance team unsure whether extraction will be accurate enough on their document formats can run a real sample for a few dollars, which is a far better test than a demonstration on the vendor's own examples.

Reconciliation alongside extraction is a useful pairing. Reading an invoice is only half the job when the remaining half is matching it against a bank statement line, and the vendor's material shows accounting and banking sources being handled together rather than extraction being sold in isolation, which is what makes it usable as a finance tool rather than a component somebody still has to build a workflow around.
