Oneflow is contract lifecycle management covering creation, automation, execution and optimisation, built to be GDPR and eIDAS compliant and ISO certified, serving sales, human resources and finance departments across company sizes.

Keeping the contract live rather than freezing it into a PDF is the architectural idea and it changes what the document can do after signature. A conventional contract becomes an image the moment it is signed, so renewal dates, obligations and values have to be re-entered into some other system to be useful. A contract that remains structured data is queryable, reportable and able to trigger the things it commits to.

eIDAS compliance is the detail that matters for European buyers and it is worth understanding rather than skimming. It is the EU regulation governing electronic identification and trust services, and it defines which electronic signatures carry legal weight in which circumstances. A signature tool that is not eIDAS compliant may produce agreements that are harder to enforce, which is not a problem discovered until it matters.

Serving sales, human resources and finance from one system reflects that contracts are one category of document with different content: an employment agreement, a supplier contract and a customer order all need approval, signature, storage and renewal handling.
