LeanTaaS iQueue manages healthcare capacity through predictive analytics, generative AI and machine learning, aimed at hospitals wanting more from the physical assets they already own.

Its published returns are stated per asset rather than as a percentage, which is far more useful to a hospital executive: an additional 100,000 dollars per operating room per year from a mean 6 percent increase in case volume, 20,000 dollars per infusion chair per year, 10,000 dollars per inpatient bed per year, and a 2 to 5 percent improvement in EBITDA.

Expressing value per operating room lets a hospital multiply by its own count and reach a number in seconds, which almost no healthcare vendor makes possible. It also frames the argument correctly: the aim is capturing market share, increasing profit and absorbing volume without requesting more capital or staff. In a sector where the instinct for more capacity is to build or hire, showing that existing capacity is underused is a materially different proposition.

Operating rooms, infusion chairs and inpatient beds are well chosen targets because each is expensive, scheduled and routinely idle in ways that are invisible without analysis. Staffing is addressed alongside, managing scheduling, capacity and staffing needs with real time insights and forecasting to reduce cancellations and missed nurse lunches, the latter being an unusually concrete measure of whether a schedule is realistic.
