Numinar is an AI political campaign data platform combining a voter CRM with calling, canvassing and survey tools, shipping the complete voter and consumer file included rather than requiring a campaign to source data separately.

Including the voter file out of the box removes what is normally a separate and substantial purchase. A campaign usually buys software from one vendor and voter data from another, then spends the first weeks reconciling the two, and for a first-time candidate that data purchase is often the single largest line item before advertising. Bundling it changes what a small campaign can afford to start with.

Per-contact pricing follows the same logic and is unusually granular: 5 cents per call, 5 cents per SMS, 10 cents per MMS and 10 cents per text survey response. Campaigns are short and their spending is concentrated into the final weeks, so paying for reach as it is used fits the cash flow far better than a platform subscription running for a year against a race that lasts three months.

The tool set covers the voter CRM as the data foundation, a phone banking app on web and mobile with predictive dialing to use volunteer time efficiently, and a mobile canvassing app for iOS and Android. Predictive dialing matters because volunteer phone banking is mostly waiting through unanswered rings, and a dialer that connects a volunteer only to answered calls multiplies the conversations they have in a shift. Numinar 3.0 is the current release, and conversational text and interactive voice recording surveys are offered alongside.
