What is TestDome?

TestDome screens more than 100 skills on a strictly pay per candidate basis, with no subscriptions and payment only when someone is actually tested or interviewed.

That commercial model is the right one for most hiring, and its absence elsewhere is a real cost. Recruitment is lumpy: a company hires heavily for two months and not at all for four, and an annual subscription sized for the busy period is wasted for most of the year. Credits that are simply bought and used remove that mismatch entirely.

Its anti-cheating work is the most detailed in this category and is specific about what it detects. Screen proctoring catches AI tools including ChatGPT and Gemini, screenshot and snipping tools, OCR tools and DevTools usage. Webcam proctoring detects off screen glances, phones and tablets, different people and multiple or zero people present. Safe Exam Browser lockdown prevents hidden AI assistants, app switching and web browsing, and duplicate attempts are detected from the same IP address or browser.

AI-resistant questions are offered as a separate approach, designed so they cannot be solved with tools like ChatGPT, which is a more durable answer than detection alone. Human in the loop review runs at every stage, through test creation, scoring and interviews. Code interviews add video, chat and collaborative code editing. Compliance covers GDPR, data retention and a PCI Level 1 payment gateway. Pricing runs from 20 dollars down to 7 dollars per candidate as volume rises.
