No-show recovery named as a specific agent is a good indication the product is built around what actually costs clinics money rather than around abstract workflow capability.

Non-attendance is the single largest controllable loss in outpatient healthcare. An appointment slot that goes unused cannot be sold later, the clinician is paid regardless, and the patient who needed that slot waits longer. Rates of fifteen to twenty percent are common, and a practice that recovers even part of that improves both revenue and access without seeing more patients per hour.

Recovery is the harder half of the problem. Reminders reduce no-shows; what to do when one happens anyway is a scramble to fill a gap at short notice from a waiting list nobody has time to work through. That is a well-defined automation task and one nobody has capacity to do manually within the window available.

The plain English interface matters because of who works in a clinic. There is no integration engineer. There is a practice manager who understands the workflow completely and has no way to express it to software, and the gap between those two facts is why so much clinical administration is still done by hand.

The MCP server in beta is a forward-looking inclusion with a serious caveat: connecting general AI assistants to systems holding patient data raises HIPAA questions that need answering before enabling it, not after.
