What is Aluvii?
Aluvii is amusement and attraction management software covering point of sale, self-service kiosks, ticketing and tours, published across adventure parks, amusement parks, aqua parks, fun centres, indoor playgrounds, ski resorts, trampoline parks, water parks, zoos and aquariums, with hardware and payments offered alongside the software.
Supplying hardware and payments together with the software is the operationally significant choice, and it reflects what these venues actually need.
An attraction is a physical retail environment with unusual demands. Ticket windows, kiosks, food outlets, gift shops and gate scanners all need equipment that works outdoors or in wet conditions, survives being handled by seasonal staff, and keeps operating on the busiest day of the year when failure is most expensive. Software procured separately from hardware leaves the venue integrating both and being told by each supplier that the problem belongs to the other.
Self-service kiosks address the specific economics of attraction staffing. Admissions demand is extremely peaked, with most of a day's entries arriving within a couple of hours, and staffing for that peak means paying people to stand idle for the rest of the day. Kiosks absorb the peak without the payroll, which is a direct and calculable saving rather than a convenience.
The breadth of venue types shares one underlying model: timed or dated admission, capacity limits, add-on purchases and repeat visitation. A zoo and a trampoline park differ enormously in experience and barely at all in what the software must do.
Payments being part of the offering matters because attraction transactions are numerous and small, so processing rates materially affect margin, and a venue negotiating separately usually has less leverage than a platform aggregating many venues.
Pricing is not published, which is normal where hardware, software and payment processing are quoted together.
