Xplor Recreation is all-in-one parks and recreation management software, built so clients can self-serve and staff have less to do, with an interface the vendor says scales to any size. The customer base spans municipal parks and recreation departments, community centres, YMCAs and JCCs, universities and colleges, residents and homeowners associations, summer and specialised camps, health and fitness operators, martial arts dojos and MMA gyms, and swim schools.

Two capabilities distinguish it from general class registration software, and both address problems specific to municipal recreation.

Citywide POS consolidates payments across a whole municipality into one system. A city takes money at the pool, the ice rink, the community centre, the golf course and the campground, historically through separate systems chosen by separate departments, and consolidating them is what lets a finance office see recreation revenue as one number rather than reconciling five.

Queue-it is a virtual waiting room for extreme web traffic events, and including it is the sign of a vendor that has watched a real registration day. Municipal programme registration opens at a published time, several thousand parents attempt to enrol simultaneously in the swimming lessons that will fill in ninety seconds, and an ordinary web application falls over under that load. A waiting room turns a crash into an orderly queue, which is the difference between a bad morning and a council complaint.

Court booking is handled as its own system, reflecting that reserving a tennis or pickleball court by time slot is a different problem from enrolling in a scheduled class.

Other capabilities cover member management from any device, point of sale for products, events and tickets, a mobile app, marketing automation, facility management and booking, and customer kiosks for in-person self-service. Pricing is not published.
