What is TheraNest?

TheraNest is a mental health EHR and practice management platform now operated under the Ensora Health brand after previously being part of Therapy Brands. It covers scheduling with client self booking, a client portal, secure messaging, documentation, and an AI session assistant that drafts progress notes. Three tiers are available: Essentials at $29 per therapist per month for solo practitioners, Advanced at $59 per therapist per month which adds custom forms and 30 free monthly insurance transactions, and Premier at $89 per therapist per month with unlimited billing automation, eligibility checks, and reminders.

Annual billing reduces each tier's monthly rate, and a free trial is available before committing. Add-ons such as the Wiley Treatment Planner, telehealth, and eRx with PDMP checking carry separate monthly fees, and all therapists are billed a small annual AMA CPT license fee each December. The product remains best known by its original TheraNest name even though its parent company has rebranded.
