Spoke Dispatch is last mile management for couriers, and its structure follows from a simple observation about who is involved in a delivery. Four groups touch every order and each needs something different, so the product ships four interfaces rather than one. Clients or retailers upload orders and track progress through Spoke Connect. Dispatchers plan and optimise routes in the Dispatcher Dashboard. Drivers navigate, deliver and collect proof of delivery in the Spoke Driver App. Recipients follow their order on a tracking page, add notes for the driver and contact the client directly.

Route optimisation is the operational core, with routes created and optimised in one click and synced to clients and drivers in real time. Around it sit real-time driver tracking, notifications and delivery tracking for recipients, and proof of delivery capture, with advanced proof of delivery on higher tiers. A recent addition links pickups and deliveries so both legs of a job are handled as one unit rather than two unrelated stops. Analytics and an API cover reporting and integration.

Pricing is unusually transparent for this category and is built on stops rather than seats, which matters because delivery businesses scale by volume, not headcount. Starter is 125 dollars a month including 1,000 stops, with extra stops at 4 cents each. Premium, marked best for couriers, is 200 dollars a month including 2,000 stops at 6 cents for extras and adds advanced proof of delivery. Expert is 1,000 dollars a month including 12,000 stops at 7 cents for extras, built for complex, high-volume operations. A stop calculator is published so the real monthly cost can be worked out before committing, and there is a free trial with onboarding stated at five minutes.
