Concurrency as the packaging dimension tells you exactly where the difficulty lies. Migrating content between Microsoft tenants is throttled by the platform itself, so elapsed time rather than technical difficulty is what constrains a large project, and running more transfers in parallel is the only real lever on a cutover weekend.

Permissions are the part that goes wrong most often and is noticed last. Content that arrives with the wrong access is worse than content that failed to arrive, because a failure is visible immediately while incorrect permissions surface weeks later when somebody opens a file they should not see.

Pricing is published and clearly tiered: Essentials starts at five thousand nine hundred and ninety five dollars for one migration at a time, a middle tier at nine thousand nine hundred and ninety five dollars for up to five concurrent migrations, and a top tier starting at seventeen thousand nine hundred and ninety five dollars for up to twenty five.
