Single-entry multi-carrier submission is the whole proposition and the problem is worth stating plainly. An independent agent quoting a commercial risk historically completes each carrier's own application separately, re-entering the same business details, revenue figures, loss history and coverage requirements into five different portals with five different question orders. That work takes hours, scales linearly with the number of carriers approached, and directly limits how many markets an agent can realistically try. Agents respond by quoting fewer carriers, which produces worse pricing for the client and less commission for the agent.
