The service audits FedEx and UPS invoices in the background of a customer's logistics operation, identifying late deliveries and other factors that warrant refunds under carrier guarantees, and takes a percentage of what it recovers.

Pricing is published as a sliding scale keyed to annual shipping volume rather than a flat rate. Shippers spending up to 250,000 dollars a year pay 50 percent of disputed and credited refunds, those up to 500,000 dollars pay 45 percent, and further tiers extend to 1,000,000 dollars and beyond. Every tier carries no setup fee, no contract, no cancellation fee and free reports.

Contingency pricing changes the risk profile substantially. A shipper cannot lose money on the arrangement, since the fee only exists where a refund was recovered that would otherwise have gone unclaimed. The trade off is that the percentage is high relative to fixed fee competitors, which favour larger shippers with the volume to justify a subscription.

The service extends past parcel refunds. Amazon FBA inventory reconciliation is covered, along with warnings of potential logistics issues through reports and analytics, and support with shipping and contract negotiations. No upfront costs or changes to existing logistics processes are required.
