Rabbet Development is aimed at owners, developers and asset managers. Budgets, anticipated costs, draw schedules and funding sources update automatically as documents come in, and the system alerts a team to cost exposure while there is still time to act. Draw packages are assembled from live project data in minutes rather than days, with missing lien waivers, invoices and approvals flagged before a request goes out, and anticipated cost reporting helps catch overruns early. Rabbet Construction Lending is aimed at banks, credit unions and private lenders, standardizing borrower submissions so lenders can fund commercial, consumer and homebuilder construction loans with more confidence and visibility into balances and risk.

Both products connect to accounts payable and accounting tools such as Yardi, MRI, Procore, Sage, Voyager, AvidXchange, Nexus, BILL and QuickBooks Online. Rabbet's developer pricing is published in three tiers, billed annually per active project with a $15,000 minimum annual contract: Lite at $375 a month per project for document and budget basics, Standard at $595 a month adding contract management, and Premium at $840 a month with the fullest feature set. Customers only pay for active projects.
