Whatfix combines a digital adoption platform providing in-application guidance, product analytics tracking usage and friction, and Mirror, which replicates an application so people can practise on it and conduct AI-powered role-playing. Guidance is delivered through contextual flows, smart tips, pop-ups and task lists across web, desktop and mobile applications. Published customer results include 87 percent of agent support questions resolved, recruiter onboarding accelerated by 80 percent and a 72 percent productivity increase.

Mirror is the component that separates it from its competitors. Practising in a replicated environment lets somebody make mistakes without consequences, which matters enormously for financial, clinical and case management systems where a training error in the live system is a real incident.

Pairing analytics with guidance closes a loop that adoption tools usually leave open. Knowing where users hesitate tells you where to place guidance, and measuring afterwards tells you whether it helped, which turns adoption work from opinion into iteration.

The published customer numbers are specific enough to test in a reference call. Percentages of that size come from a defined baseline, and asking what that baseline was is the right question during evaluation.
