What is Fullcast?

Fullcast provides go to market planning covering territory management and lead routing, revenue intelligence and forecasting, presented as one platform connecting the plan to its execution.

The gap between a plan and its enforcement is the problem the product exists for. A company designs territories carefully in a spreadsheet, then the CRM routes leads by whatever rules were configured years ago, and within a quarter the two have diverged. Sellers work accounts outside their territory, coverage gaps appear that nobody sees, and the plan becomes a document rather than a description of what actually happens.

Connecting planning to routing directly means a territory change takes effect in lead assignment immediately, rather than requiring someone to translate the new plan into CRM rules and get it right.

Continuous adjustment is the deeper point. Territories are traditionally set annually because changing them is painful, but the business changes continuously as reps join and leave, accounts grow and segments shift. Making adjustment cheap allows the plan to track reality instead of being accurate on one day a year and progressively wrong thereafter. Revenue intelligence and forecasting sit on the same data, so the pipeline view reflects the territories actually in force.
