Onna provides preservation, collection and early case assessment with a platform API and connectors across Slack, Google, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Miro, Zendesk and Zoom, published alongside integrations with Reveal and Logikcull.

The connector list is the substance of this product, and it addresses the change that has made preservation genuinely difficult over the past decade.

Discovery was designed around email and documents. Both are stable, both live in systems built to retain them, and collecting them is well understood. Almost no work happens exclusively there any more.

Decisions now get made in Slack threads, project history lives in Jira, plans exist on Miro boards, and meetings happen in Zoom with recordings and transcripts. Each of those holds material that is discoverable, and each stores it in its own structure that bears no resemblance to a mailbox. Collecting a Slack channel in a way that preserves threading, reactions, edits and shared files is a genuinely different problem from exporting email.

Including Gemini and ChatGPT connectors is the forward-looking part and it raises a question most organisations have not confronted. If employees are pasting business information into AI assistants and receiving answers that shape decisions, those conversations may be discoverable, and almost nobody currently has a way to preserve or search them.

Early case assessment matters commercially because the first question in any dispute is how bad this is, and answering it before committing to full discovery determines whether a case is settled or fought.

Publishing integrations with Reveal and Logikcull rather than only competing with them reflects that preservation and review are separable, and organisations frequently want one vendor for collection and another for review.
