What is Zoho FSM?

Zoho FSM is field service management software covering work order management from initial request through estimates, appointment scheduling and service delivery, published for service businesses and contractors.

Covering the sequence from request to estimate to appointment as one process is the substance of what this does, and it addresses the point where service businesses most commonly lose money.

That point is the gap between enquiry and job. A customer calls with a problem, someone promises to send a quote, and the quote is written that evening or the following week, or forgotten. By the time it arrives the customer has called somebody else. The work was lost not on price but on delay, and the business never learns that because a lost enquiry leaves no record.

Handling requests, estimates and scheduling in one system makes each stage visible and each handover deliberate, which is what converts more enquiries into jobs without any change to pricing or marketing spend.

Being part of the Zoho suite is the practical consideration that will decide this for most buyers. Zoho publishes a large integrated range covering customer relationship management, accounting, inventory and support, and a service business already running Zoho CRM or Zoho Books gets the customer record and the invoice connected without integration work. A business running neither is choosing a field service product on its own merits, where the comparison is different.

Zoho's pricing has historically been positioned well below enterprise field service software, which makes it worth evaluating for smaller contractors who would otherwise run on paper and spreadsheets, where the realistic alternative is not a competing product but no system at all.

Pricing is published on the vendor's pricing page but no figure was captured, and a free start is offered.

Zoho FSM FAQs

A pricing page is published but no figure was captured, and a free start is offered. Zoho pricing is generally positioned well below enterprise field service software.

In the gap between enquiry and job. A quote promised and written a week later arrives after the customer called somebody else. The work was lost on delay rather than price.

Because a lost enquiry leaves no record. The business never learns it happened, so nothing changes, and the same loss repeats every week without appearing in any report.

When you already run Zoho CRM or Zoho Books, since the customer record and the invoice connect without integration work. A business running neither is choosing the product on its own merits.

Smaller contractors currently running on paper and spreadsheets, where the realistic alternative is not a competing product but no system at all.
