VStitcher is Browzwear's 3D fashion design and development software, and its defining concept is the virtual twin: an accurate digital counterpart of a physical garment rather than a rendered approximation. That distinction is the whole commercial argument. A visualisation that merely looks like the garment saves nothing, whereas a virtual twin accurate enough to judge fit and drape can replace a physical sampling round, which removes weeks and real cost from a development calendar.

Accuracy depends on knowing how the actual fabric behaves, and this is where Browzwear's approach is more rigorous than most. Fabric Analyzer, or FAB, is a system that physically measures fabric properties and applies them digitally to the virtual twin. Without measured inputs, simulation is guesswork, so a hardware measurement step is what makes the digital claim credible.

Lotta builds new styles from validated blocks, supporting a workflow where proven foundations are varied rather than each style being drafted from scratch. Stylezone is a cloud collaboration platform for building, reviewing, aligning and sharing seasonal collections from anywhere, which addresses the reality that design, sourcing and factories are rarely in one place. An open platform allows integration with other tools, backed by professional services and comprehensive training. Solutions are mapped to stages of the product lifecycle: plan, design, fit, sell and manufacture, with fit called out as the main driver of customer satisfaction, revenue and sustainability.
