Centercode

Centercode is a platform for managing in-the-wild user tests. Its site describes scalable, automated, real-world user testing and invites teams to start for free and scale as the program grows. Capabilities are grouped as collect and manage feedback, recruit and engage testers, reporting and insights, test planning and activities, integrate and automate, and security and compliance, with newer additions listed as AI user testing agents, screen and video recording, app store distribution and system admin support.

Centercode positions its approach as delta testing, described as the next generation of beta testing that automates time-consuming tasks while increasing user engagement and test results, and it offers a definitive guide to the method. Use cases include product launch testing, continuous user testing, employee testing, competitive testing and beta and dogfooding programs, organized by role for quality and engineering, product managers, customer support, CX and UX researchers and consultants, and by industry for connected products, health and fitness, media and services, cybersecurity, SaaS and desktop software and fintech.

The company also lists managed services, comparison pages against TestFlight, Instabug, BetaTesting.com, SurveyMonkey, UserTesting.com and Applause, and resources such as blogs, ebooks, webinars, case studies and a podcast. Plan details sit behind a Compare Plans page, and the captured page states no prices.
