What is GAN Integrity?

GAN Integrity is a compliance and third-party risk management platform that helps enterprises screen, monitor and manage vendor, ethics and regulatory risk from a single system of record, replacing the spreadsheets and disconnected tools that ethics and compliance functions typically accumulate.

Two product lines sit on the shared Integrity Platform. Third-Party Risk Management automates the end-to-end programme from onboarding through continuous monitoring. The ethics and compliance side covers conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy, disclosures and policy management. Consolidating both onto one platform is the explicit pitch, and it addresses a real structural problem: a conflict of interest disclosure and a supplier sanctions hit are usually handled by different systems even though they concern the same relationship and the same risk appetite.

The regulatory framing is unusually explicit and is the strongest signal of who the product is for. Coverage maps to the DOJ Guidelines for the Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, Sapin II, the EU Whistleblower Directive, the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, the UK Modern Slavery Act, Canada's S-211 and the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.

That list explains why the third-party module emphasises continuous rather than annual monitoring: several of these regimes require ongoing due diligence across tens of thousands of suppliers, which an annual questionnaire cycle cannot satisfy. Flexible integrations connect the compliance data ecosystem, and country risk reports with transparency and corruption ratings are published alongside the platform. More than 200 enterprises are cited as customers. Pricing is not published.
