Fabrico

Fabrico is a maintenance management and overall equipment effectiveness platform for manufacturing plants, and it is notable in industrial software for publishing its rates openly with a genuinely free entry point. Pricing is per user per plant, which reflects how manufacturers actually deploy rather than charging a single site licence.

Three tiers are published in euros. Free is 0 euros a month and exists for evaluation before purchase. Light is 15 euros a month and suits small plants, including materials, automatic import, best practice and community support. Full, marked as the popular option, is 39 euros a month and suits medium and large plants.

The mobile side is central rather than supplementary. Dedicated iOS and Android apps handle work orders from the factory floor, letting technicians handle, modify and assign orders where the equipment is. Work orders generated from a desktop go directly to the team on the floor, with push notifications for critical updates. A QR code scanner and machine connectivity connect physical assets to their records.

Fabrico publishes a measured customer outcome, reporting a 20 percent reduction in downtime at an ABB plant. AI add ons are offered separately from the base tiers. The adaptive web application covers reporting and task scheduling for users working away from the floor.
