Cloudmore is a digital commerce and subscription management platform for organisations that sell cloud services rather than merely consume them, covering subscription management, billing and revenue management, price and offer management, a white label customer portal, and service and process integration.

Price and offer management as a named capability separate from billing is the detail that reveals the intended customer. A reseller does not sell at list price. It negotiates different rates with different customers, bundles services into its own packages, applies its own margin and runs promotions independent of the vendor's. Software that can bill accurately but cannot express those commercial arrangements forces the reseller to maintain its price book somewhere else, which is where margin errors originate.

Microsoft 365 CSP Direct and Microsoft Azure CSP are addressed as distinct capabilities. The Cloud Solution Provider programme is how partners resell Microsoft services, and direct CSP status carries obligations around billing, support and customer ownership that indirect resale through a distributor does not. Supporting both routes matters because partners frequently move between them as they grow.

The white label customer portal lets a reseller present the service under its own brand, which is the whole basis of the business model. A customer who sees a third-party platform's branding when managing their subscriptions has been shown who actually holds the relationship.

Named customer types are service providers, telcos, businesses, software distributors and enterprises. Software distributors are a distinct case, sitting between vendors and resellers with multi-tier commercial arrangements that simple billing systems do not represent.
