What is WFX PLM?
WFX sells to both sides of the fashion supply chain, and its product line is split accordingly. Products for brands cover planning, design, development and product launch, while products for manufacturers cover sampling, production and financials. That split is the most useful thing to know when assessing it, because a brand and a factory need genuinely different software, and most vendors serve only one. The company reports more than 55,000 users, over 1,000 fashion businesses across more than 50 countries, and 25 or more years of experience.
On the brand side, Fashion PLM centralises product data in a cloud system tailored to fashion, built for designers, product developers and merchandisers. A Virtual Showroom lets buyers be invited into a private digital showroom to view handpicked assortments, with iterations managed across all customers, which replaces sample-heavy selling for at least part of the buying cycle. Traceability software maps the entire supply chain while managing sustainability certifications, aimed at keeping products compliant as requirements tighten.
On the manufacturer side, Apparel ERP connects business operations from sampling through production to accounting, and a separate Textile ERP addresses weaving and textile production specifically rather than treating it as a variation of garment manufacturing. A manufacturing execution system covers shop floor productivity and quality in the smart factory. The whole offering runs on one digital platform with real-time data, unifying PLM, ERP and factory tools so brands and manufacturers can work across product development, sourcing and production together. Published customer stories include Benetton India for supply chain visibility and Pro Sports for factory digitisation. Pricing is not published and evaluation starts with a free call or demo.
