Insider is an AI-powered customer engagement platform that unifies customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration for enterprise marketing teams. In December 2025 the company rebranded from Insider to Insider One, moving its product site from useinsider.com to insiderone.com while keeping the same platform and customer accounts. It combines a customer data platform, AI-driven personalization, and journey orchestration across web, app, email, SMS and RCS, WhatsApp, web push, site search, and conversational chatbots, connected through an Integration Hub with 100-plus prebuilt integrations.
Founded in Istanbul, Turkey in 2012, Insider is now headquartered in Singapore and serves more than 2,000 customers, including Samsung, Unilever, and Toyota, largely mid-market and enterprise brands in retail, financial services, and travel. Pricing is not published; Insider negotiates custom, quote-based enterprise contracts through a sales-led demo process. Developers can extend the platform through REST APIs.
