YAROOMS is a workplace management platform covering room booking, desk booking, hybrid workplace scheduling and visitor management, with an AI assistant called Yarvis, and publishes a monthly starting rate.

Room booking became a harder problem after hybrid working rather than an easier one. When everyone was in the office five days a week, room demand was predictable and a wall mounted calendar largely sufficed. Now attendance varies by day and team, rooms are needed for calls with remote participants as well as meetings, and the mismatch between space and demand changes weekly, which is precisely what a booking system with data can show and a calendar cannot.

Desk booking exists for the same reason. Organisations that reduced their footprint on the assumption of partial attendance need a way to allocate fewer desks than people without anyone arriving to find nowhere to sit.

Visitor management is a natural neighbour because the receptionist function that used to greet visitors is often the same function now managing space, and both revolve around who is in the building today. Publishing a starting rate suits the small offices and venues the entry plan names, since an office manager choosing a booking system will not enter a sales process to learn what it costs. Utilisation analytics then show whether the space an organisation holds matches the demand it actually sees.
